Front Row and Standard Lakeview Apartments

The apartments have been superbly designed so that every one of the apartments enjoys magnificent lake and mountain views. Whilst the two front-row apartments offer uninterrupted lake and mountain views from the lounge and second-floor lake-facing bedrooms, the tiered hillside construction means every single condo's upper level with kitchen, dining and living areas all offer spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables mountain range and surrounding mountains.

The footprint, layout and furnishings of the lower/front six condos are identical. The three apartments at the top/rear have the bonus of direct internal access from the garage into the apartment however once inside they enjoy the same fit-out and views as the other apartments in the complex. The garages of the lower/front six condos are accessed externally from the front ground floor of the apartment building.

Located on the top floor of each apartment are the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. Likewise, the kitchen is well stocked and features cooker, oven, microwave, rice cooker and a plethora of utensils, the kitchen offers everything you may need to host your family or friends whilst enjoying a night-in. The Location

Situated on Thompson Street and only a short 10-minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown’s town centre, The LakeRidge Apartments are in a prime location affording everything you might need for your Queenstown holiday. Whilst the walk is fairly short, tour providers who offer accommodation pick up and drop off would be more than happy to do so negating the need to move the car and add in the hassle of town centre parking.
